A 37 year-old male has been charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm after an incident early Saturday
morning.
On Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 0110 hours, Police were dispatched to the 1900 Block of Scarth Street for a report of an assault. Upon arrival, Police located a victim who had been hit in the face with a glass object. The victim suffered cuts to his face and was assessed by EMS at the scene.
Officers were able to locate a male identified as the assailant in this case and arrested him without incident.
Thirty seven year-old Glenn VALGARDSON, of Regina, is charged with:
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Section 267(b) CC
VALGARDSON will make his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
