On June 20, 2020 at approx. 04:30 hours the Regina Police Service responded to a call in South Central Regina from a Taxi driver who had been robbed at gunpoint.
The taxi driver had picked up a fare in the North end of the city and then, when he had arrived at their destination, the occupants of the taxi demanded his belongings. The taxi driver was assaulted and sustained minor injuries that were treated by EMS at the scene.
