On March 18, 2020, the Regina Drug Unit (RDU) completed a drug investigation and enforcement action on Highway 11, just outside of Regina, SK. A vehicle stop was completed where the lone occupant, 34 year-old male was arrested. A CDSA search warrant was also executed in the Washington Park area of Regina.
Thirty-four year-old Rohan PYNE, of Regina, is charged with the following Criminal Code and CDSA offences:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine) [5(2)CDSA]; and
- Proceeds of crime under $5000 [355(b) CC].
PYNE will make his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on June 2, 2020.
