A thirty-two year-old male is facing charges after investigation into commercial theft in Regina.
Police investigation into the sale of stolen property led to a 32 year-old male. Police located the male and arrested him on the 300 block of McCarthy Boulevard. A search warrant was authorized on two addresses: the abovementioned residence on the 300 block of McCarthy Boulevard, and a residence on the 6200 block of Brunskill Place. Approximately $3000 worth of stolen property, primarily consisting of tools and copper wire, was recovered in the searches. The male was also found to be in possession of keys to a stolen commercial vehicle. Evidence was gathered in this investigation linking the 32 year-old male to previous sale of stolen property on March 3, 2020. The male was subsequently charged for these offences.
Thirty-two year-old Myles M MASSE, of Regina, is charged with:
- 4 X Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 [CC 355(B)];
- 2 X Trafficking property obtained by crime over $5,000 [CC 355.2]; and
- 3 X Fail to comply with release order [CC 145(5)(A)].
MASSE made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court today, March 11, 2020.
