On March 6, 2020, the Regina Drug Unit (RDU) completed a drug investigation and enforcement action on Highway 11, just outside of Regina, SK. A vehicle stop was completed, and the lone occupant of the vehicle was arrested. A search yielded over 200 grams of powder and crack cocaine, currency, and hydromorphone pills. The male was subsequently charged for possession.
Twenty-four year-old Jordan LOCKE, of Regina, is charged with:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking (cocaine) [5(2)CDSA];
- Possession of a scheduled substance (hydromorphone) [4(1) CDSA];
- Proceeds of crime under $5000 [355(b) CC]; and
- Failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking [145(4)(a) CC].
LOCKE makes his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on April 16, 2020.
