On Sunday February 23, 2020, at approximately 12:53 p.m., police were dispatched to the area of Elphinstone Street and 5th Avenue for a report of a firearm discharge heard in the vicinity. Officers attending the call for service determined a firearm had been discharged at a vehicle in an alley near this location. No one was injured in the event.
