The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, has been investigating the death of a female, whose body was located in Regina on December 26, 2019. The death has been deemed non suspicious.
At approximately 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, December 26, 2019, police were dispatched to the 3200 block of Dewdney Avenue for a report of a female who was located lying on the ground outside. Police, EMS and the Regina Fire Department attended and located an adult female, who was confirmed deceased.
Next of kin notification has been completed.
The Regina Police Service continues to assist the Office of the Chief Coroner in their investigation.
