A male is charged after a break and enter on Saturday.
On Saturday, December 21, 2019, at approximately 1:50 a.m., police were dispatched to a restaurant on the 1200 block of 15th Avenue for the report of a break and enter in progress. A male had broken a window and gained entry to the business and then left. The male was arrested by police on the 2300 block of Toronto Street, and was subsequently charged.
Thirty-four year-old Samuel Abraham WARIAT, of Regina, is charged with:
- Break & Enter & Commit [CC 348(1)(B)]; and
- Fail to comply with undertaking [CC 145(4)(A)].
WARIAT made his first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court, today, December 23, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.
