The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, is investigating a fatal motor vehicle/pedestrian collision that occurred Friday, November 15, 2019 at the intersection of Dewdney Avenue and Robinson Street. A 66 year-old male is deceased as a result of this collision.
On Friday, November 15, 2019, at 09:39 p.m., police were dispatched to the intersection of Dewdney Avenue and Robinson Street for a report of a single motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian. EMS attended and transported the victim to hospital where he was confirmed deceased. The name of the deceased will not be released by the Regina Police Service at this time. Initial Investigation indicates that an eastbound vehicle struck the pedestrian as he was walking north in the west crosswalk through the intersection.
