Can You Identify Harley Quinn?

The Regina Police Service is looking to identify a possible witness to an incident that occurred in the early morning hours of October 27, 2019. We know that this person was dressed as the Batman character, “Harley Quinn” (no more specifics for costume), and that she was outside a bar on the 600 block of Victoria Avenue.
