On the morning of Friday, June 14, 2019, at approximately 6:15 a.m., police were dispatched to a service station on the 2300 block of Albert Street for the report of a robbery. Information received was that a lone male, with his face covered and armed with a firearm, entered the business, threatened an employee and demanded money. After taking money the suspect fled on a bicycle north on Albert Street. Police conducted an immediate area search with negative results.
Witnesses describe the male as male, approximately 5’6”, 130 lbs., thin build, wearing a black bandanna on his face and sunglasses, gloves, dark pants, shirt, and hoodie, carrying a firearm and axe.
