A 29 year-old female is facing theft-related charges, as well as dealing with outstanding warrants on charges of Fraud, Theft and Making/Using Forged Documents.
In January, 2019, police received reports of internal theft from a Regina business. The allegations came from three separate occasions between January 16-25, in which an employee of the company is alleged to have collected payment on outstanding bills, but did not remit the monies collected to her employer. On February 13, 2019, the female suspect was arrested, without incident. She faces a single, global charge of Theft under $5,000. in connection with the January, 2019 incidents. In addition, police executed a number of outstanding warrants involving this same suspect. These are the result of investigations dating back to May, 2015, and April, 2017, and involved the creation and use of forged documents, as well as charges of Theft under $5,000. and Fraud.
Twenty-nine year-old Roanna Teresa GORDON, of Regina made an appearance in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 14, 2019, on a charge of Theft under $5,000 [334(b) CC], as well as the matters from the outstanding warrants.
