The Regina Police Service Street Gang Unit (SGU), with the assistance of the Drug Unit, conducted enforcement action on Friday January 18, 2019 into illegal drug trafficking within the City of Regina.
As a result of this enforcement action 40 year-old Jeremy Martin John HILL was arrested in the 5600 block of Glide Crescent. HILL is charged with:
- Carrying Concealed Weapon [90 CC];
- Breach of Undertaking Charged [145(3) CC]; and
- 2 X Possession of Firearm or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition [117.01(1) CC];
HILL was released on an Officer Recognizance, with a scheduled court appearance on February 28, 2019.
Also arrested and charged in this investigation is 36 year-old Bobbie Jean BERG, of Regina. BERG is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine [4(1) CDSA]. BERG was released on an Officer Undertaking to appear in Provincial Court on February 28, 2019.
As result of this enforcement action, search warrants under the CDSA were executed in the 300 block of Toronto Street and 1900 block Montreal Street. These resulted in the arrest of 63 year-old Ronald George GREAVES, of Regina. GREAVES is charged with:
- Breach of Undertaking [145(3) CC]; and
- Possession of a Scheduled Substance (fentanyl) for the Purpose of Trafficking [5(1) CDSA].
Ronald GREAVES was released on an Officer Recognizance to appear in Provincial Court on February 28, 2019.
Also arrested and charged is 43 year-old Roy Julius Dennis SAYER, of Regina. SAYER is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (cocaine/morphine) [5(2) CDSA]. Roy SAYER was released on an Officer Recognizance to appear in Provincial Court on February 28, 2019.
