Three adults are facing theft and possession charges after an incident on Saturday afternoon.
On December 15, 2018 at approximately 1:30 p.m., police were dispatched to a business on the 2100 block of Prince of Wales Drive for a report of shoplifting. Reports indicate that suspects left the business and drove away in a vehicle, later confirmed to be stolen. The investigation led police to the 2000 block of Winnipeg Street where the stolen vehicle was located, and three adults were apprehended and charged. Further investigation revealed stolen merchandise, identification, currency,and drugs.
Twenty-five year-old Olivia Michelle BELHUMEUR of Regina is charged with:
- Theft under $5000[334(B) CC];
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 [355(B) CC];
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [355(A) CC];
- Fail to comply with probation order [733.1(1) CC];
- Possession of an identity document [56.1(1) CC]; and
- 2 x Possession of a scheduled substance [4(1) CDSA].
Thirty year-old Larry Austin GRANBOIS of Regina is charged with:
- Fail to comply with probation order [733.1(1) CC]; and
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [355(A) CC].
Thirty-three year-old Travis Garry PRATT of Regina is charged with:
- Theft under $5000[334(B) CC];
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 [355(B) CC];
- Fail to comply with conditions of undertaking [145(5.1) CC];
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [355(A) CC]; and
- 2 x Possession of a scheduled substance [4(1) CDSA].
BELHUMEUR, GRANBOIS, and PRATT appeared in Provincial Court on these charges on December 17, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
