The Regina Police Service conducted an investigation that lead to an execution of a search warrant. As a result, a thirty-one year old female faces firearm-related charges.
At approximately 9:10 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018, police executed a search warrant at a residence on the 1300 block of Garnet Street. Police entered the residence without incident. A search of the residence yielded three firearms, which were seized by police.
Thirty-one year old Gwendolyn Gail OBEY, of Regina, is charged with three counts of careless use of a firearm [86(1) CC]. OBEY will make her first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on December 27, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
