The Regina Police Service is asking for help from the public in solving a case of Mischief over $5,000 after an incident at the University of Regina.
On October 31, 2018, at 5:10 a.m., police were dispatched to the University of Regina after campus security reported damage in an auditorium of the Education Building. The suspect or suspects caused damage to a number of items of equipment in addition to an apparent attempt to start a fire. Police are working with Campus Security to gather any evidence left at the scene as well as other available information that may assist in the case. It’s believed this incident occurred sometime between 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30th and 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 31st. There are no suspects in custody at this time in connection with this incident.
