The Regina Police Service has located and arrested a male who was the subject of a Warrant for Arrest on charges of Assault, Breach of Undertaking and Breach of Recognizance.
Twenty-five year-old Justin Jemar COX was taken into custody, without incident, on Monday, October 22, 2018, at a house in the 2000 block of Lindsay Street.
The charges came from an incident on September 25, 2018, in which police were dispatched to a residence in east Regina for a report of a domestic assault. Police arrived and located an adult female who had sustained injuries consistent with a physical assault. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to locate the suspect, investigators requested a warrant for his arrest.
The accused made a court appearance in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
