The Regina Police Service is conducting an investigation into a motor vehicle collision that occurred this morning on Saskatchewan Drive at Lorne Street.
Police were dispatched to Saskatchewan Drive and Lorne Street at approximately 1:40 am. today (Saturday September 29, 2018). Preliminary investigation indicates a vehicle was stopped facing west bound on Saskatchewan Drive when it was rear ended by another vehicle also travelling westbound. The two occupants of the rear ended vehicle were transported to hospital with non-life threatening but serious injuries.
Traffic will be restricted on Saskatchewan Drive from Hamilton Street to Smith Street in the westbound direction while the collision is under investigation. There are no other details available at this time. We ask that you please avoid this area until Collision investigators complete their investigation.
