Two people have been charged with offences related to theft of auto.
On September 26, 2018, at around 4:00 a.m., police observed a stolen vehicle parked on the 1300 block of Wascana Street. Two males and one female were seen fleeing from the vehicle. Officers were able to apprehend one male and the female. Officers pursued the second male but were unsuccessful in locating him.
Twenty-one year-old Darnell Jade BRASS of Key First Nations, and 35 year-old Michelle Natasha LERAT of Regina, are charged with:
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 [355(A) CC]; and
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 [355(B)].
BRASS and LERAT will make their appearance in Provincial Court on these charges on November 8, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
