At approximately 10:40 p.m., on September 18, 2018, police were dispatched to a business in the 2200 East block of Victoria Avenue for the report of a robbery. A lone male was involved in this incident. The male left the area on a bike.
The male is described as approximately 6’0” tall, medium build, wearing a red Halloween mask and black trench coat. He also had a silver bag on his back.
