The Regina Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in its investigation into a home invasion on the evening of Sunday, August 26, 2018.
On Sunday, August 26, 2018, around 9:00 p.m., police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Rae Street for a report of sounds of a gunshot and a break and enter. Two males had forced their way into the home through the front door. Both males wore masks, and one carried a firearm and one carried a bladed weapon. The males assaulted an occupant of the home and stole money, electronics, and cell phones. The assaulted male sustained minor injuries. The two males then exited the home and fled in a red vehicle.
Investigation into this occurrence is ongoing.
