A 31 year-old Regina male has been charged with Indecent Exposure after an incident in which it is alleged an adult male exposed his genitals to a group of children at a park.
On Monday, July 30, 2018, at about 1:35 p.m., police units were dispatched to a spray park on North Arnason Street for a report of an indecent act. According to information received in the call, a male had just exposed himself in view of about 50 children playing in the park. The caller believed the male acted intentionally. From the description given, police were able to identify a potential suspect. Patrol members located this individual and placed him under arrest. Further investigation led to charges against the adult male.
Thirty-one year-old Lindsay Calvin GOODPIPE, of Regina, is charged with Indecent Exposure to a Person Under 16 years of age [173(2) CC] and Breach of Undertaking [145(3) CC]. GOODPIPE made his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court on Tuesday, July 31, at 9:30 a.m.
