The Regina Police Service is pleased to welcome four new recruits to the Regina Police Service on Thursday, July 26, 2018.
The four recruits will take their oaths and be officially sworn in as members of the Regina Police Service. The recruits will start their training on July 30, 2018, at the Saskatchewan Police College. They will graduate on December 14, 2018, after successfully completing 20 weeks of study at the College, and will then commence their field training under the guidance of experienced Regina Police Service members.
The Swearing-In Ceremony is an important event for the recruits, as well as their families and friends. It signals the beginning of their formal police training, but it is also the end of each successful applicant’s journey through the hiring process, which sometimes takes years. They are to be congratulated for having achieved this step. The Swearing-In Ceremony will take place at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2018.
