A 22 year-old male is facing three charges of Uttering Threats after police investigation into an incident on March 29, 2018.
Just after 9:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 29, 2018, police were dispatched to an office of a Crown Corporation, on N. McCarthy Boulevard, for a threatening call. Preliminary investigation indicated a male has called this office a number of times threatening to cause bodily harm to a male employee of the agency. The male also allegedly threatened to harm a female employee with whom he was speaking. These threats were the result of the male disagreeing with the conclusion of a matter with the Crown Corporation. Police located the male suspect at approximately 12:15 p.m. the same day and arrested him in connection with the alleged threats.
Twenty-two year-old Jayden William YAKOBOVICH, of Regina, is facing three charges of Uttering Threats, contrary to section 264.1.(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada. YAKOBOVICH was released on an Officer Undertaking to appear in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on May 15, 2018.
