On April 1, 2018, at approximately 1:30 a.m., members of the Regina Police Service were dispatched to the 1000 block of Wascana Street for a report of an injured male. After a preliminary investigation, it is believed the male was injured as a result of firearm discharge. The male victim was transported to hospital and his injuries are considered non-life threatening. There are currently no suspects in custody, however the investigation is ongoing.
