As stated in a media release earlier today, the Regina Police Service executed CDSA (Controlled
Drugs and Substances Act) warrants yesterday evening at six locations in the city. As the
investigation related to this enforcement action continues, a further CDSA warrant was executed this
evening. This recent warrant was executed at a location that had been the subject of the previous
search.
Members of the Regina Police Service seized additional evidence from the illegal storefront located
in the 1300 block of Cornwall Street. This evidence consisted of a quantity of controlled drugs and
substances, as well as Canadian currency and other items in support of drug trafficking charges.
Although no charges were laid last night, three employees of the storefront have now been charged.
The investigation is continuing, and additional charges are anticipated.
