On March 1, 2018, at approximately 3:32 a.m., police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Empress Street for the report of a firearm discharged at a residence. Upon arrival, police confirmed a firearm was discharged, causing damage to a front window and exterior of the home. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. There are no suspects currently in custody related to the firearm discharge, however the investigation is ongoing.
