A 42 year-old Moose Jaw man is facing two charges of Break and Enter as well as Breach charges in connection with two early morning incidents in the area of 6th Avenue East.
At approximately 2:48 a.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, a canine officer observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a business parking lot in the 100 block of 6th Avenue East. As the officer watched, a male exited a business compound and then walked north to another compound, located in the 1100 block of MacDonald Street. The male was safely taken into custody and the officer used his Police Service Dog to gather evidence that the male had been inside the compounds. The male was bound by a recognizance and an undertaking to keep the peace. Subsequent investigation led to four charges against this individual.
Forty-two year-old Wayne Kenith RANSOM, DOB: 1974-11-21, of Moose Jaw, is facing two charges of Break and Enter [348(1)(a) CC]; Breach of Recognizance [145(3) CC]; and Breach of Undertaking [145(3) CC]. RANSOM made his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court today – January 4, 2017 – at 2:00 p.m.
