On July 18, 2016 at approximately 3:00 a.m. police were dispatched to a residence on the 4000 block of Windsor Park Bay for a report of suspicious persons.
Three suspects (two males and one female) were checking out vehicles on Windsor Park Bay. Regina Police Service patrol and canine units arrived on scene and arrested the suspects. Through investigation, officers discovered evidence to support charges of a Break & Enter to a garage on the 3200 block of Windsor Park Place; the items stolen were recovered. Contact by the canine was made with the female suspect, and she was taken to hospital for treatment of a minor wound.
Twenty-two year-old John Luke LUBENOW (DOB 1994/07/02), twenty-one year-old Evan Joseph Clarence SPENCER (DOB 1995/04/26), and twenty-one year-old Kyla DUNBAR (DOB 1995/07/13), all of Regina, were each charged with:
• Break Enter & Commit Theft [Sec 348(1)(B), CC];
• Theft Under $5000 [Sec 334(B), CC].
All three will make their first appearance on these charges in Provincial Court at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18th, 2016.
