On May 7th, 2016 at approximately 2:10 am police were dispatched to a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue for a report of a robbery. A lone suspect entered the business with a weapon, and demanded money. The suspect exited the business with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Approximately 6 minutes later police were dispatched to another business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave for a report of a robbery. A lone suspect entered the business with a weapon, and demanded money. The suspect exited the business with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Police believe the two armed robberies to be related.
There are no further details to release at this point as the investigation is ongoing at this time.
