On Sunday May 1, 2016, at 09:47 a.m. police were dispatched to a break and enter in progress on the 200 block of Halifax Street. Police attended to the area and located and arrested two males and a female who were in possession of several stolen items from the residence.
Twenty-eight year-old Brandon DERMODY (DOB: 1987/08/21), of Regina, is charged with:
- Possess of Firearm contrary to Prohibition order. [Section 117.01 (1) CC]
- Possess of Ammunition contrary to Prohibition order. [Section 117.01 (1) CC]
- Careless Use/Storage of Firearm. [Section. 86(1) CC]
- Carry a concealed weapon. [Section 90 CC]
- Possess a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized [Section 92(1) CC]
- Possession of a Firearm. [Section 96(1) CC]
- Break and Enter and steal a firearm [Section 98(1) (b) CC]
Thirty-three year-old Celeste WHITEHAWK (1983/02/10) of Regina, is charged with:
- Possess of Firearm contrary to Prohibition order. [Section 117.01 (1) CC] x 2
- Possess of Ammunition contrary to Prohibition order. [Section 117.01 (1) CC] x2
- Careless Use/Storage of Firearm. [Section. 86(1) CC]
- Carry a concealed weapon. [Section 90 CC]
- Possess a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized [Section 92(1) CC]
- Possession of a Firearm. [Section 96(1) CC]
- Break and Enter and steal a firearm [Section 98(1) (b) CC
Twenty-seven year-old Terrance GAMBLE (DOB: 198901/06) of Regina, is charged with:
- Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm. [Section. 91(1) CC]
- Breach of probation [Section 733.1(1) CC]
- Careless Use/Storage of Firearm. [Section. 86(1) CC]
- Carry a concealed weapon. [Section 90 CC]
- Possess a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized [Section 92(1) CC]
- Possession of a Firearm. [Section 96(1) CC]
- Break and Enter and steal a firearm [Section 98(1) (b) CC
All three individuals will make their first appearance in Provincial Court on these charges on May 2, 2016, at 9:30 a.m.
