On Wednesday March 2, 2016 at approximately 10:30 pm Regina Police Service members attended to the 400 blk Royal Street for a report of a 30 year old male with a knife who had previously threatened an individual. Police attended to effect an arrest in relation to the incident, however the male refused to surrender to Police. Members of Community Services Division and Crisis Negotiator Team are currently investigating the incident.
There is no further information to release at this time. Once investigation is complete a follow up release will be issued.
