On February 13, 2016 Regina Fire Protection Services and the Regina Police Service responded several suspicious fires that appeared to have been deliberately set. A vacant house, as well as a garbage bin, located on the 900 block N Garry St was set on fire. A short time later a vehicle was located in the 900 block of Stanley Crescent that had also been set on fire. Police investigation led to the arrest of three accused that cannot be named in accordance the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
A 14 year-old male is charged with, Arson [CC 433(1)] x 2 and Break and Enter commit Arson [348(1)(b)]. A 13 year-old male is charged with Arson [CC 433(1)] x 2 and Break and Enter commit Arson [348(1)(b)]. A 14 year male is charges with Arson [CC 433(1)] x 2 and Break and Enter commit Arson [348(1)(b)]. All three are scheduled to appear at Youth Court on March 29, 2016 at 2 p.m.
