On Saturday February 6, 2016 at 3:40 am police were called to the 1200 block of Princess Street for a report that a gun had been discharged at a residence in the area. Police attended and located a projectile within the residence. No one was injured in this incident but police are actively investigating to identify the person responsible. At 0454 hrs police received another report of two more gun shots heard in the area. Two police officers also heard the shots and quickly returned to the area to investigate. No victims or suspects were located and no other damage observed. It is not known whether the two incidents are related and police are continuing their investigation.
