On Friday January 8, 2016, police were dispatched at 2:35 a.m. to the 900 block of Victoria Avenue East for a report of a single motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian. The vehicle, driven by a 19 year-old male, was west-bound on Victoria Avenue and came into collision with the 39 year-old male pedestrian, who was crossing Victoria Avenue from the south side to the north side.
