At about 12:55 a.m. Friday, December 11, 2015, police were dispatched to the Regina General Hospital for the report of a male who had been stabbed several times.
When police arrived at the Hospital they learned that the victim had been stabbed somewhere in the area of the 2000 block of Ottawa St. The male, a 20 year-old an eighteen year-old, had several puncture wounds. The victim’s injuries were described as life threatening but later changed to serious. The victim remains in hospital.
Two males are in custody with charges pending. This incident is still under investigation. Anyone with information that could assist police is asked to contact the Regina Police Service at 777-6500 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. There are no other details at this time.
