The Regina Police Service is asking for help from the public in its investigation into two separate incidents which occurred in the early morning hours of Thursday, November 12, 2015, in which a business and a residence were damaged by what appears to be firearms discharge.
Incident #1 – Police were dispatched at approximately 12:50 a.m., Thursday, November 12, 2015, to a business in the 4600 block of Albert Street for a report of a window which appeared to be damaged by shots. Customers inside the business heard something hit the window and called Police. Police officers, along with an investigator from Forensic Identification, attended to the scene to gather evidence.
Incident #2 – Police were dispatched at approximately 1:18am, Thursday, November 12, 2015, to a residence in the 2400 block of Gordon Road for a report of a window which appeared to be damaged by a shot. The homeowner heard something hit the window and upon closer inspection found a hole through the window. Police officers, along with an investigator from Forensic Identification, attended to the scene to gather evidence.
Police are continuing to investigate both incidents.
