A 31 year-old male is charged after an indecent act in Wascana Park.
On Tuesday, July 7th, 2015 at approximately 8:22 a.m. police were dispatched to Wascana Park for the report of a male who was masturbating in the park. Witnesses reported seeing the male leave the area on a bicycle, heading east towards Broad Street. The suspect was stopped by Police and investigation led to charges against the male.
Thirty-one year-old Trevor Robert KALBFLEISCH (DOB 1983/08/11) is charged with Indecent Act [173(1)(A) CC].
KALBFLEISCH was released on an officer undertaking with conditions, including that he not attend Wascana Park. KALBFLEISCH will make his first court appearance in Provincial Court on August 4th, 2015, at 9:00 a.m.
