The Regina Police Service has charged two males with a total of 50 charges as result of ongoing investigation into graffiti and mischief in our city.
Both males are 17 year-old Regina youths, who will not be named under provisions in the Youth Criminal Justice Act, one is facing 27 charges of Mischief Under $5,000 [CC 430(4)] and one charge of Breach of Probation [YCJA 137]. The other is facing 23 charges of Mischief Under $5,000 [CC 430(4)]
Both males were charged after investigation into several recurring tags around the city, with the majority of the charges stemming from the southeast part of the city.
