The Regina Police Service would like to advise the public of a suspicious person spotted in Regina.
Today around 1215 hours, the Regina Police Service attended to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Sussex Crescent. A 9 year-old girl was walking in the area of 5th Avenue and Princess Street when a vehicle, described as an older red car, approached her from behind. A male driver was described as wearing a disguise that covered his face. An independent witness came out of a neighboring residence and observed the suspect vehicle drive off.
Police are still investigating the incident and no further details are available at this time. The Regina Police Service is releasing this information in the interest of advising the public ensure they are aware of its occurrence.
