Two males, ages 21 and 31, face First-Degree Murder charges in connection with a homicide investigation which began in the city of Regina on Thursday, April 23, 2015 and led to the discovery of a deceased 34 year-old male north of Balcarres, Saskatchewan.
The deceased person has been identified as 34 year-old Reno LEE, DOB: 1980-06-19, of Regina. Investigation into this death was carried out by the Regina Police Service, the Office of the Chief Coroner and RCMP leading to the arrests of two Regina males on Thursday April 30th, and Friday May 1st 2015.
Thirty-one year old Daniel THEODORE, DOB: 1983-08-03, of Regina and 21 year-old Andrew Michael BELLEGARDE, DOB: 1993-06-01, of Regina, are charged with First Degree Murder, contrary to section 235 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Now that charges have been laid, details of the case will only be made public through the court process. Both accused will make their first court appearances on the charges in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015.
