The Regina Police Service is asking for information from the public to assist in an investigation into a break and enter and theft that occurred on April 1st, 2015 at a house under construction on the 5400 block of McKenna Crescent.
On April 1st, 2015, some time after 6:00 p.m. police were dispatched to the 5400 block of McKenna Crescent for the report of a break and enter. A worker was in the house upstairs when a Caucasian male, believed to be in his late 20s, entered the home, took tools, and left in what is believed to be a red compact car. A camera in the house captured video of the male. Police are asking the public to view the video and help identify the suspect.
Video: The suspect enters the home and takes tools. After making noise, the suspect heads upstairs to check with the worker, who was occupied with his back turned, if he is in the right house. The male then leaves via vehicle with the stolen tools.
