The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, has concluded that the death of a Regina male, who was found deceased in a home in the 900 block of Rae Street, is not a criminal case.
On February 16, 2015, at approximately 3:54 a.m., police were dispatched to a house in the 900 block of Rae Street for a report of a deceased person. The subsequent death investigation, including an autopsy authorized by the Coroner, has concluded that the death is non-criminal in nature. The investigation will be concluded by the Office of the Chief Coroner; with the assistance of the Regina Police Service. The house, which had been held by police pending further investigation, has been released.
The name of the deceased person will not be released by the Regina Police Service.
