A 27 year-old male is facing two charges after an incident earlier this week at a business in the 2100 block of Albert Street on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. A CEW, commonly known as a taser, was discharged in the arrest of this individual.
This incident was the subject of a news release issued on Thursday, January 29, 2015. The investigation was concluded with two charges against the male suspect.
Twenty-seven year-old Jordan Allan BUNDUS, DOB: 1987-10-22, of Regina is charged with Possession of a Weapon Dangerous to the Public Peace [88 CC] and Breach of Undertaking [145(5.1) CC]. BUNDUS will make his first court appearance on these charges in Provincial Court at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, February 2, 2015.
