In a news scrum by Superintendent Zaharuk earlier this date, members of the media and the public were advised that a 15 year old Regina male was in police custody. Further to that update: the male youth now faces a total of two charges as a result of the police investigation into the incident.
The Youth, whose name cannot be released in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is facing one charge of Carrying a Concealed Weapon Section 90(1) of the Criminal Code; and one charge of Breach of a Conditional Discharge Order Section 137 of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. The Youth will remain in custody and make his first court appearance in Youth Court on Monday December 8th, 2014 at 9:30 AM.
