Advisory: In Response to Events at Parliament Hill

The Regina Police Service is aware of recent shooting events on Parliament Hill today. Our thoughts go out to those affected.

Our priority is first and foremost to ensure the safety of our community and our citizens. We are working in close cooperation with the RCMP, the Saskatchewan Legislature, Government of Saskatchewan, and other ‎partners to ensure that an appropriate and evolving security preparedness and response plan unfolds.

It is important to note that there are no known imminent ‎attacks or plots targeting our city or province.

National Security is everyone’s business and police require input from the public if they see or become aware of any suspicious behavior. Always notify police immediately if suspicious behavior occurs.
