The Regina Police Service is now able to release the identity of the homicide victim in Regina’s third homicide of 2014.
The victim is 24 year-old Roba OSMAN, DOB: 1989-10-04, of Toronto, Ontario. OSMAN was killed in an incident that happened on May 27, 2014 at about 8:45 p.m. in the 600 block of Williams Street. Two other males were injured in the same incident.
The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner, is continuing this investigation. There have been no charges laid, to date, in connection with this case. Police are encouraging anyone who may have information to contact the Regina Police Service at 306-777-6500, the nearest municipal Police Service or RCMP detachment, or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
