Police are investigating an assault that occurred early this morning, Wednesday, April 9th, 2014.
On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at 1:30 a.m. police were dispatched to the 00 block of Sangster Blvd for a noise by-law complaint. When police arrived, a witness on the scene led them to a 25 year-old male inside the home who had sustained apparent serious injuries. Police notified EMS, who arrived soon after and attended to the victim, who was then moved to hospital. The victim’s injuries were described as life threatening but the victim is in recovery.
This incident is still under investigation.
