The Regina Police Service has concluded its investigation into a September 30th bus/pedestrian collision, at Parliament Avenue and Rae Street, which resulted in the death of an 80 year-old male. The victim was 80 year-old Louis Christomos PERENTES, DOB: 1933-05-31, of Regina.

Since September 30, 2013, the Regina Police Service has conducted a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision. The investigation concluded with evidence that supported a charge of Drive Without Due Care and Attention under the Traffic Safety Act. The 46 year-old driver is scheduled to make a court appearance on January 29, 2013.
The family of the victim has been notified about the outcome of the investigation.
