Police responded to an Armed Robbery call at 1:42 am, this morning, of a Convenience Store in the 2900 Block Dewdney Avenue.
Two male suspects used a knife to rob the employee of cash and cigarettes before fleeing the scene on foot. Police units including a Regina Canine Unit searched the area, tracking the suspects to the area of 6th Avenue and Athol Street where they were apprehended and arrested.
The two male suspects will not be named because of their ages, 17 and 14 years of age.
The suspects will be appearing in court Monday morning on charges of Armed Robbery.
Some of the cash and cigarettes were recovered. No one was injured in the incident.
